Monkey Flies Home as Ash Clears From the Skies
A monkey stranded while on holiday at Wall Eden Farm is currently on his long journey home. All though monkey has missed his familly, he states that he had a fab time at the farm making new friends and generally monkeying around.
Staff at Wall Eden will miss monkey but hope to see him again.
The Canadian Geese, Swallows and Trout have arrived at the farm.
April 23rd 2010
Over the last two weeks, Wall Eden Farm has seen some new arrivals and some returning visitors.
- The trout arrived by truck and have now settled into their new home - the pond.
- The Canadian Geese which usually do a quick fly buy have decided to spend a few nights free of charge.
- The Swallows arrived yesterday and are feverently feeding and building nests in the barn. Once again we have to watch out as they dive bomb past our heads. Will we get two batches of chicks again this year before they head back to Africa?

Snow at Wall Eden
Okay so the snow of winter had brought a new fresh look to Wall Eden Farm. The best thing about this was waking up, to freshly made animal tracks; of badgers, Rabbits and deer, that run between and around the cabins. Spring will soon be here, so we are prepairing the garden for spring planting.
Helping Hand
I enjoy showing people around letting the children digg up potatoes. I marvell as they help in the garden digging and learning where things come from. I will enjoy sharing the experince again.
Customer suggestions
including Solar panels a wind turbine and setting up CCTV to watch the wildlife, of coarse more ideas welcome!
We are keen to support local rural business.
